This itinerary is built to maximise your chance of seeing the Great Migration in Serengeti National Park. It also visits Tarangire National Park, known for its elephants and baobab trees. You travel on guided game drives in a 4×4 safari vehicle with an experienced guide who tracks wildlife and explains animal behaviour, staying in mid-range lodges and camps. It suits solo travellers, couples and groups alike.

    Meet and greet at Kilimanjaro International Airport and transfer to your lodge in Arusha. The afternoon is free to rest after your journey, followed by dinner.

    After breakfast, drive to Tarangire for game drives with a picnic lunch inside the park, then continue to your lodge for dinner.

    Drive towards the Central Serengeti through landscapes that change from woodland to open plains, watching wildlife on the way as the animals become more plentiful near the heart of the park.

  4. Giorno 4Central Serengeti to the Northern Serengeti

    Head north with good chances of big cats and migrating herds, depending on the season, to a camp in a remote and scenic setting.

  5. Giorno 5A full day in the Northern Serengeti

    A full day of game drives along rivers, open plains and wildlife corridors known for predators and big herds of grazing animals. Lunch on safari or back at camp.

  6. Giorno 6Serengeti to Zanzibar

    After breakfast, transfer to the airstrip for your scheduled flight to Zanzibar. You are met and taken to your beach hotel on the coast for time by the ocean and dinner.
